All Sales Are Final
Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon cards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Cards purchased during live stream breaks or auctions
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll do our best to make it right.
